Metropolitan Bank, located in the heart of the historical district of Oakland Chinatown, is a 2,100 SF branch office located only 400 feet from the site where the bank was originally founded. Completed in 2006, this community development bank caters to the large Asian population in the Oakland Chinatown area. YHLA provided complete tenant improvement plans including street facade restoration and enhancements.
