Berryessa Villas and Murphy Estates are two market rate housing developments. Together they consist of 206 town homes in two separate neighborhood developments each with a community clubhouse and pool facilities. YHLA provided site planning, sidewalk and street design as well as all home models and community facility design. These two developments accommodate increased density yet maintain a neighborhood feeling of single family residences. Special consideration was taken for designing street and public areas as well as landscaping throughout the two developments.
